Job Allocation & Conflict Management
Innovative allocation tools are designed to give allocators complete visibility and intelligent support when assigning drivers and vehicles to jobs:
Intuitive Allocation Board: A clean, highly visual interface makes it easy for dispatchers to allocate jobs quickly and clearly.
Real-Time Conflict Alerts: Instantly see conflicts between jobs and vehicle availability (e.g., vehicles in the workshop) or between jobs and staff leave.
Tech Specs & Skill Specs: Ensure only suitable vehicles and drivers are allocated based on vehicle and driver-specific skill requirements that can be set inside charter bookings, shifts or individual jobs.
Acknowledgement Monitoring: Get alerts when drivers haven't acknowledged upcoming shifts, helping reduce last-minute surprises.

Planned Route Services & Rostering
Manage the complexity of school, urban, and contract services with a structured yet flexible rostering system:
Shift Planning: Define and manage planned route services such as school or urban runs with clearly laid out shift templates that include attachments available on the kiosk, driver's app and vehicle tablets.
Roster Management: Group shifts into rosters and classify them by type (e.g. school, cleaning) or by schedule variation (e.g. school term vs holidays).
Rotating Rosters: Set up rotating roster groups to automatically allocate drivers to the next roster line as the weeks progress. No need to keep track of schedules and manually allocate drivers.
- Contract Charter Rostering: Plan contract charter shifts and allocate them to rosters as part of a shift-based rostering system to forecast driver hours and streamline allocations.
Rail Replacement
Plan & schedule rail closures ahead of time or react to emergency rail calls with ease.
- Shift Templates for regular planned closures: Set up templates with the shifts required to cover regular planned closures.
- Create Rail Bookings based on templates: When it's time to schedule the closure, create a booking and select the template to create the required jobs.
- React quickly to Emergency Rail callouts. Emergency rail jobs can be created from inside Central-Ops if time allows, or directly from the driver's tablets.
Live Operational Monitoring
Maintain control and react quickly to issues as they happen throughout the day:
Clock-On Monitoring: Be notified when drivers fail to clock onto their shifts by the scheduled start time.
Schedule Performance Warnings: Visual alerts flag any jobs that are falling behind schedule or are at risk of delay.
Live Status Updates: See current job status as drivers progress through their shifts via tablet check-ins and telematics integration.
- Booking change notifications: Significant changes made to charter bookings will trigger the associated jobs to be regenerated and an email sent to operations with the details of the allocated drivers and vehicles.
